Brief

A national food-retail organisation had completed a restructure and needed a PowerPoint slide that would explain the new model at a glance. The content team wanted a brand-aligned animation that presenters could control live, advancing each element on cue. To keep the message familiar and memorable, we styled the slide with references to a key product line—a pizza-inspired motif—so shapes, colours and sectioning resonate with existing brand assets without feeling gimmicky. The piece had to read clearly on 16:9 venue screens, avoid clutter, and remain easy to edit before events. Finally, the file needed to export cleanly to PPTX for presenting.

Approach

We mapped the new structure into tiers and flows and designed a layout that introduces the top level first, then reveals teams and hand-offs step by step. The visual language borrows from the pizza motif (segmenting, arcs, colour accents) to create intuitive grouping while keeping typography disciplined and legible at distance. Animation uses a build-in → dwell → hand-off cadence so the presenter can pace the narrative: leadership appears, key functions follow, then supporting teams slide in with subtle emphasis cues. We set this up on an editable master with locked guides, safe areas and style tokens for headings, labels and notes. Editors can replace labels, duplicate segments and adjust colours quickly without disturbing alignment. Outcome

Presenters now explain the new operating model clearly and confidently. The animation holds attention as each layer arrives, settles and hands off to the next, and the brand-specific motif reinforces recognition without stock imagery. Because the file is fully editable in Microsoft PowerPoint, last-minute label changes are straightforward, and clean PPTX exports cover different venue setups. The result is a compact, reliable restructure slide that feels on brand, reads well on large displays and is simple for the team to maintain.
